Finishing trades are where most construction projects in Dhaka lose time — waiting on a plumber, then an electrician, then a tiles mason, each working on their own schedule and often blaming each other when something doesn’t line up. Nakshadhara removes that problem by keeping these trades in-house.
Plumbing: From initial pipe layout to fixture installation, our plumbing team works from the same building plans used during construction — so pipe routes are planned around the structure, not fitted in afterward.
Electrical: Our electricians handle wiring, panel installation, and fixture points, coordinated with the interior design so switch and outlet placement actually matches how the space will be used.
Tiles fitting: Floor and wall tiling is finished by our own tiles masons, working to the same design and material specifications set during the interior design phase — with one team accountable for how it turns out.
Add-on or full package: These services are available as part of a full Nakshadhara build, or as standalone finishing work if you already have a structure and just need the plumbing, electrical, or tiling done properly.
